    • The farrier visits every 5-6 weeks, and other farriers can be engaged if horse owners prefer.
    • Dentists and saddle fitters visit at least semi-annually.

    • Experienced Leadership: John Mokhoanzi (the Headman) and Elisha (Assistant Coach and Work Rider) have notable expertise, with the former also capable of doing most saddlery repairs.
    • Communication: Grooms are supplied with data every month to maintain seamless communication with various stakeholders like owners, vets, and maintenance personnel.
  5. Safety and Hygiene Precautions during Covid-19:
    • Adherence to COVID-19 guidelines is indicated by measures like having grooms saddle and off-saddle horses, aiming to minimize the number of people in the tack room.

    • Comprehensive Show Preparation: Grooms can prepare horses for shows, handling tasks such as plaiting, trimming, and creating quarter marks, ensuring ease and convenience during events.

    • The stabling facility is flexible in accommodating specific needs, such as alternative feed products and farrier services.
